Shipping Information
Our shipping methods are based on how to get you the freshest product. We ship our products in specially packed containers to ensure that you receive the product in homemade bakery condition. We only ship using UPS to the 48 contiguous states. Sorry no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Advanced Shipping Options allow you to select a different shipping method for each product.
How is the shipping rate determined?
Our shipping charges are the actual shipping costs plus packaging costs to ship your items. We charge the same prices for our products online that you would pay if you were to come into one of our retail stores. Unfortunately other companies will inflate the prices of their products in order to charge you less for shipping. Thank you for ordering our products. We are sure that you will not be disappointed!
Gingerbread Houses
We only ship our small houses because they have a 99.9% chance of not breaking. Our houses are packed double boxed to ensure safe delivery of your new gingerbread home. The shelf life of this product is 4 to 6 weeks as long as it is kept in its clear plastic display case and under the proper conditions. We only ship this product UPS ground. Each house is packed and shipped individually and the cost is $17 Per House even when sending multiples to the same address. If you are shipping other products as well please do not consider the price of your house in determining their shipping cost.
Gingerbread 6-packs, Jumbos, and Individually Wrapped Cookies
These items are packaged specially for freshness. The shelf life of these items is 2 to 3 weeks as long as they are kept in their packages. These items freeze very well if you would like to keep them longer. These items can be shipped UPS ground to all 48 contiguous states. If you would like faster shipping you can ship these items UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air, or next day depending on destination location (see restrictions below).
Muffin Loaves, Gourmet Cookies, Brownies and Biscotti
The freshness of these items is of the utmost importance. Depending on destination location if these products will not reach their destination within 3 days by UPS Ground they can only be shipped 3-Day Select. If you would like to receive these items faster you can choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Do not include Gingerbread House price when figuring shipping cost of Muffin Loaves, Gourmet Cookies, Brownies and Biscotti.
In order to ensure that your product will not sit in a warehouse over the weekend:
* Items shipped 3-Day Select only ship out on Monday or Tuesday
* Items shipped 2nd day air only ship out Monday thru Wednesday
* Items shipped Next Day Air only ship out Monday thru Thursday
