Our gingerbread cookies have just the right amount of spice, and are baked to that perfect chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside texture. This cookies is cut into a bunny shape and finished off with royal icing and sprinkles.
Individually wrapped gingerbread cookies stay fresh for 2 - 3 weeks when left in their clear plastic wrapper. Once removed from their wrapper, they should be consumed the same day. If you prefer to save your cookies to enjoy at a later date, they freeze very well. When kept in their wrappers, gingerbread cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before enjoying.
