Our perfectly spiced gingerbread is cut into an egg shape for Easter! This delicious cookie is finished off with royal icing and colorful nonpareils.
Individually wrapped gingerbread cookies stay fresh for 2 - 3 weeks when left in their clear plastic wrapper. Once removed from their wrapper, they should be consumed the same day. If you prefer to save your cookies to enjoy at a later date, they freeze very well. When kept in their wrappers, gingerbread cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before enjoying.
