We’ve taken this traditional New England treat and brought it up to the Gingerbread Construction Company’s standards. This moist cake is filled with fresh, plump Maine blueberries and topped off with sugar crystals.

For the muffin loaf: All varieties of muffin loaves can be cared for the same way. These products should be consumed within 1 -2 days of receiving. If you prefer to save your loaf to enjoy at a later date, the loaf can be kept in its sealed container and put in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Remove from the freezer 2 hours before slicing and enjoying.

Serving Tip: Before sharing your muffin loaves, we recommend placing in the freezer for 15 minutes for easier slicing.

Due to their perishable nature, muffin loaves must arrive at their destination within 3 days of leaving our facility. Muffin loaves can also be picked up at our local stores.
