Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.gingerbreadusa.com website and mobile site operated by The Gingerbread Construction Co. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the site. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the site.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the site ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

We do our best to ensure that your products are delivered on time, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery dates estimated at check out are predictions only, and not guarantees. Please note that sometimes, adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment. Please read more on our shipping policies, and to learn about UPS' suspended service guarantee for the year 2020, extended into year 2021.

Quantities of our products are limited, and orders are subject to availability. If after your order is placed, an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about a replacement product.

If any issues arise with your order (product availability, invalid or incomplete addresses), we will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact you by either phone or email. If after a period of time, we cannot reach you to confirm, your order may be cancelled; or shipped to the address provided, despite invalidation. If an order is undeliverable due to the invalid address provided by the customer, it will not be refunded.

Orders placed online may not be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, or a returned shipment; or if there were spelling or grammatical errors in the gift message.

All shipments will ship with a shipper release, which means we are not responsible for lost, returned or undeliverable shipments, and cannot refund orders that were confirmed as delivered via tracking information. If you prefer to ship with a signature required, you must specifically request this feature. We are not responsible for packaged that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is available to sign.

If there is an issue with your product or shipment for any reason, you must retain the shipment until you've made contact with the Company. Photos, videos, retrival or other requirements may apply.

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and is non-refundable. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders once they are received.

Please note that our products may contain trace amounts of nuts or other allergens not listed in the ingredients. Ingredient and allergen information is provided on every product page.

 

Changes
